嘉德晶光電股份有限公司創立於2010年6月，公司設址於桃園縣中壢市建國路100號 2 樓，董事會成立暨推選范振修先生為董事長，並任命邱正宇博士擔任總經理。為少數擁有國內光電元件自主研發生產之公司，其領先技術從奈米藍寶石圖形化襯底的設計、測試與穩定生產磊晶用的藍寶石襯底晶片，致力於多項光、電元件的開發與生產製造，為世界綠色能源產業盡一份心力。
本公司積極協助磊晶(Epitaxy) 廠商提升高效能 HB-LED的亮度與降低磊晶的生產成本，除了供應目前 LED ( Light Emitting Diode) 磊晶生產所需的圖案化藍寶石晶片的規格品外，更推出客製化的專案接單，生產奈米圖案化藍寶石晶片產品，提供客戶多樣性規格的選擇。
Lucemitek Co., Ltd. was established in Taiwan in June 2010; we are devoted to develop and produce optical and electrical devices for the benefit and improvement of green energies. Upon the setting of the company, Mr. Chen-Hsiu Fan was elected as the President, and Dr. Brian Chiu, with his professional background of delicate nano-fabrication, was assigned as the General Manager of Lucemitek Co., Ltd.
Lucemitek Co., Ltd. also serves to assist the industries of Epitaxy to promote the high performance of HB-LED in brightness, in the meantime reduce the cost of production in epitaxy. The various plans that we provide for the customers include, but are not restricted to, the conventional request of LED products with the Nano-Patterned Sapphire Substrate (NPSS), and the specific order of customized products with sub-micro patterned sapphire substrate. We welcome custom-made orders being placed as separate projects.
